You should reload your 1-Pod Cue-Mate® in a well-ventilated area, wearing gloves. 

To prepare a 1-Pod Cue-Mate®, start with a new Cue-Mate® device and pull one of the progesterone impregnated pods off. Take a blank silicone pod and push onto the end of the wishbone ensuring the tip of the pod goes into the pocket at the end of the pod.

You now have a 1-Pod Cue-Mate®.
